The six-week challenge combines personal training and life coaching to help individuals transform their fitness and wellness. Personal training sessions are aimed at achieving fitness goals, while life coaching sessions aim to transform your mind, remove limiting beliefs, increase self-esteem, align with purpose, and hold you accountable. The challenge includes access to group workouts and check-ins with trainers and coaches.

After ordering, each planner is made on the spot; thus, requires a longer processing time. With standard shipping, it will take 12-14 business days to arrive. However, if it's a digital product it will be delivered immediately.
